Baked Tofu
- Preheat oven to 420F
- Pat dry and cut Tofu into pieces approximately 1 inch long, add to a large bowl
- Combine Olive Oil and Chicken Seasoning to make a paste, add to bowl and mix to cover Tofu evenly
- Lay Tofu on a parchment lined baking tray, bake for 25-30 minutes rotating Tofu every ~10 minutes
