  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees, cut Cauliflower into bit size pieces
  2. Mix Flours, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, milk in a bowl
  3. Mix cauliflower into the batter and put in oven for 20 minutes
  4. Blend chipotle peppers, sundried tomatoes, maple syrup, milk
  5. Take cauliflower out of the oven and mix into sauce
  6. Put cauliflower back into the oven for 25 minutes
