Pickled Onions

Red Onion very thinly sliced

Apple Cider Vinegar
¼
cup
Water

Sea Salt

tbsp
Coconut Sugar

Cinnemon
  1. Bring all ingredients except Red Onion to a boil in a small pan
  2. Put onions in a small jar and pour over the liquid
  3. Secure lid and marinate for at least 30 minutes, store in the fridge once cooled
