Pickled Onions

Red Onion
very thinly sliced

Apple Cider Vinegar

Water

Sea Salt

Coconut Sugar

Cinnemon
Bring all ingredients except Red Onion to a boil in a small pan
Put onions in a small jar and pour over the liquid
Secure lid and marinate for at least 30 minutes, store in the fridge once cooled
