- Preheat a skillet, when hot add Oil
- Sautee Onion for 5 minutes
- Add Beyond Beef, fry until browned
- Stir in Garlic after 30 seconds add Red Pepper, Jalapeño, salt and spices
- Add diced Tomato, Sweet Corn, Worcestershire Sauce and Dried Oregano
- Reduce Tomatos over a medium heat, then add Spring Onions, Lettuce, Cilantro
- Serve with rice or in Taco shells
