- Pre-heat cast iron, when hot add Avocado Oil
- Add Onions, sauté for a few minute
- Add Garlic, Ginger, Chillies; sauté for a minute
- Stir in Tomatoes, Turmeric and Paprika. Cook down for a couple of minutes
- Add Water, Fenugreek, Cumin, Salt and Garam Masala
- Simmer on medium-high for a few minutes until desired consistency
- Stir in Tofu, Cilantro and Lemon Juice and simmer for ½ a few minutes
