  1. Pre-heat cast iron, when hot add Avocado Oil
  2. Add Onions, sauté for a few minute
  3. Add Garlic, Ginger, Chillies; sauté for a minute
  4. Stir in Tomatoes, Turmeric and Paprika. Cook down for a couple of minutes
  5. Add Water, Fenugreek, Cumin, Salt and Garam Masala
  6. Simmer on medium-high for a few minutes until desired consistency
  7. Stir in Tofu, Cilantro and Lemon Juice and simmer for ½ a few minutes
